Rewards & Smart Wallet (the “App”) is developed by WalletTech Labs. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains the information handled when you use the App and its related services.
Information We Collect
- Account information: Email address, username, and authentication information used to create and access an account. Authentication credentials are processed through the application's authentication service.
- Information you enter: Credit card names or types you add, selected rewards categories, spending amounts and categories, and other information you choose to save in the App. You may add credit card names for comparison, but we do not request or intentionally collect full credit card numbers, CVV/security codes, card expiry dates, or PINs.
- Device and technical information: Basic technical information, such as app version, device type, and diagnostic information, when needed to operate and improve the App.
- Push notifications: Device or push notification identifiers used to deliver notifications, where enabled.
- Subscriptions: Subscription product, status, transaction identifiers, and related purchase information needed to enable paid features. Payment processing is handled by the relevant app store; the App does not need your full payment card details to verify a subscription.
- Optional files and images: Documents (which may include identification documents), PDFs, scans, and images you choose to upload or process with the App’s tools. Some uploaded files may contain personal information. Storage and processing depend on the feature you use.
How We Use Information
- To create and maintain accounts and provide App features.
- To compare credit card rewards and display relevant cashback, miles, and offers based on the information you provide.
- To manage access to subscription tiers and purchased features.
- To deliver notifications, which may include reminders, promotions, and important service updates, when enabled.
- To maintain security, resolve technical problems, and improve the service.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information, or share it with third parties for their advertising purposes. To operate the App, information may be processed by service providers involved in app hosting and functionality, including Bubble (application hosting and data), Natively (mobile app functionality), RevenueCat (subscription management), Google Play / Apple App Store (store purchase processing), and OneSignal (push notifications). Each provider processes information as needed for the relevant service and under its own applicable privacy and security terms.
We may also disclose information where legally required or to protect users and the security of the service.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is entirely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Retention and Deletion
We retain account and app data while needed to provide the service, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security. You can request deletion of your account and associated stored documents using our account-deletion page. Deletion of data that has been permanently removed cannot be reversed. Some records may need to be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate security and transaction-record purposes.

Your Choices
- You can edit information you entered through applicable App account settings.
- You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple account settings, as applicable.

Children
The App is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at info@rewardsandsmartwallet.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App, its service providers, or legal requirements. Any updated version will be posted on this page.
